# How we handle your information

We run a small business, and we'd like to be treated the way we treat you. So: we collect as little as we can, we share none of it, and we stay out of the parts of your world that aren't ours to see.
## What we see
If you visit, Google Analytics counts the visit and sets the usual cookies; we look at totals, not people, and you can block it in your browser without losing anything. If you email us, we keep your email so we can reply and, if we work together, do the work. We keep contact details and notes from our conversations in HubSpot, our customer relationship system, so we can remember what we agreed and follow through across organizations. If you take a GenAI+ Belt™, LearnWorlds handles enrollment and payment under its own policy, and we see your progress so we can support you.
## What we don't want
Patient and client information. Our work is about how your team runs improvement, never about the people you serve. We don't ask for protected health information or client records, and we ask you not to send any. If something arrives by mistake, we delete it and tell you.
## Who else is involved
Google for analytics, Vercel for hosting, HubSpot for contact records, LearnWorlds for courses, Amazon and LinkedIn for links. Each has its own policy. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we won't add you to a list without asking.
