Phase 4: Embed
# Confirm it is ready
A process that works is not the same as one you can stand behind.
Scaling asks "does it work?" Embedding asks a harder question: "can we be accountable for it when no one is watching closely?" Score the process before you make it standard.
## Put it to work
- ✓Consistency: it works for the whole team, not just enthusiasts.
- ✓Documentation: an SOP exists, written by the people who did the work.
- ✓Dependency risk: a manual fallback is documented and practiced.
- ✓Fairness: accommodations and transition support are defined.
