# Formalize the new process
Update SOPs, playbooks, and checklists with the AI-enabled steps.
Have the people who led the pilot help write the future-state documentation, so it reflects how the work really happens. Build the process into regular team meetings and checklists. Embedding should feel like evolution, not disruption.
