# Document what's already in flight
Catalog the pilots already happening, with curiosity, not blame.
Your baseline likely surfaced informal pilots. Record them at a high level so you can compare them. When two teams are trying the same thing, that's demand: merge them or make it an early scaling candidate.
Use a few measures that are the same across all pilots, so you can see what delivers value.
