# Give everyone basic training
Build a shared language for what AI can and cannot do.
Cover what AI is, where it helps, where it fails, and how to manage the risks. Pick one broadly capable tool. Until you have a business account with real data controls, use only public or made-up data.
Keep learning current with role-specific sandboxes, an optional monthly book club, and short "AI moments" in regular team meetings.
