Phase 1: Explore
# Run a baseline assessment
Find out who uses AI today, how, and how they feel about it.
Interview people at every level, including leadership and IT. Then send a short, anonymous survey with questions you can repeat later to track progress.
Watch two "trust readings" most closely: do people feel safe telling their manager how they use AI, and do they trust leadership to be honest about AI plans? If those start low, slow down and invest in trust before piloting.
## Put it to work
- ✓Set the report-out date before the survey opens, and keep it.
- ✓Give 10 to 15 minutes of a team meeting to complete it.
- ✓Share key insights and the actions you took within two months.
