Phase 3: Extend
# Pace growth with go/no-go checks
Scale one or two pilots at a time, in short cycles.
Build training as a minimum viable product and test it with volunteers first. Use short feedback loops, like two-week PDSA cycles, instead of one big rollout.
Use a simple rubric to decide which pilots scale, and don't be afraid to stop one that isn't delivering. Judge it as it stands today, not by how much you have already invested.
