# Review your pilot portfolio
Close the pilots that won't scale, and keep the lessons.
Compare each pilot against your scaling criteria. Shut down the ones unlikely to scale, celebrate the attempt, and capture what you learned. Keep a running list of new ideas, but protect your focus.
