Phase 5: re-Envision
# Redesign roles with the people in them
Do it with people, never to them.
Work through one role at a time, together. List the real work in the person's own words, sort it into core and periphery, and mark what AI now handles. Then check what remains.
## Put it to work
- ✓Does the person still use a range of skills and complete something whole?
- ✓Can they still see who their work helps, and make real decisions?
- ✓Did AI leave them only the hardest cases? Fix that.
- ✓Name one thing each person is growing toward, and set a review date.
