How we handle your information

We run a small business, and we'd like to be treated the way we treat you. So: we collect as little as we can, we share none of it, and we stay out of the parts of your world that aren't ours to see.
What we see
If you visit, Google Analytics counts the visit and sets the usual cookies; we look at totals, not people, and you can block it in your browser without losing anything. If you email us or use a form on this site (the contact form, the founding partner form, or the free tools sign-up), we keep what you send so we can reply and, if we work together, do the work. The forms send it to AdoptionLab Campus, which keeps it for us; ask, and we delete it. We keep contact details and notes from our conversations in HubSpot, our customer relationship system, so we can remember what we agreed and follow through across organizations.
AdoptionLab Campus
Our free courses on Campus need no sign-in. If you join a GenAI+ Belt waitlist, we keep your email, and your name and organization if you give them, only to tell you when that belt opens. If your organization works with us, your team signs in to the mini-modules with a work email. We keep your name, email, and course progress so you can pick up where you left off. Your organization's coordinator can see who has started and finished, so they can support the team. We don't sell this or use it for advertising.
What we don't want
Patient and client information. Our work is about how your team runs improvement, never about the people you serve. We don't ask for protected health information or client records, and we ask you not to send any. If something arrives by mistake, we delete it and tell you.
Who else is involved
Google for analytics, Vercel for hosting, HubSpot for contact records, AdoptionLab Campus for our courses and GenAI+ Belt waitlists, Amazon and LinkedIn for links. Each has its own policy. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we won't add you to a list without asking.
