Every leader writes a short, honest "why."
Employees who strongly agree that leadership has shared a clear AI plan are about three times as likely to feel very prepared to work with AI (Gallup, 2025). Write your own first draft of why AI matters for your team and customers, then use AI to refine it. Keep it short, sincere, and grounded in real examples.
