Metrics that worked for two people may break for twenty.
Scaling is the easiest time to fix your metrics. It gets much harder once the change is embedded.
Put it to work
- Are results still consistent as more people use the tool?
- Is data collection simple enough to keep up at scale?
- Have any unintended outcomes appeared?
- Is human review still strong enough?
